Since 2002, we are providing a wide variety of services to customers in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and medical supply industries, ranging from pre-clinical proof of-concept studies to planning, conducting and analysis of clinical trials on innovative treatments for patients with unmet medical needs. Medical Writer (m/f/d)

Full-time permanent position


  • Write clear and concise clinical documents for submission to regulatory authorities
  • drive the document preparation process, receive and review primary statistical output, draft and distribute documents for review, and incorporate/resolve comments with all reviewers
  • Perform literature-based research to support writing activities
  • Support project teams by providing scientific and medical writing consultancy on various aspects
  • Review of draft and final documents prepared by other writers as well as other scientific departments before internal or external distribution
  • Organize and lead document development/review meetings
  • Keep oversight of documents outsourced to external writers (e.g., freelancers, CROs)
  • Ensure adherence to current guidelines and regulations
  • Support development of Standard Operating Procedures, templates, and other reference documents


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or higher) in life sciences or relevant scientific/clinical/regulatory field
  • Experience in any complex diseases, oncology experience preferred
  • Ability to understand and interpret clinical and scientific data, and present results in an understandable manner to a variety of audiences
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate keen attention to detail and flawless grammar and spelling
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, organizational, good project and time management skills with proven ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
